So just incase anyone is wondering, the cleansing "lemonade" consists of this:
1 cup of water 2 tbsp of 100% organic maple syrup 2 tbsp of lemon juice a pinch of cayenne pepper
and what i do is two glasses a day. and besides that you can have water.
i'm doing this until monday.
last time i did it, i lost about 2lbs (give or take) a day.
so hopefully i'll loose 10lbs.
or close to it.
I just can't binge afterwards. I can't be week.
edit: so i'm not going to do the lemondade thing, because i'm afraid i'll get the shits, which didn't happen last time but still. so i'm just gonna fast. they say the first day is the hardest right? i hope my mom doesnt bring me home pizza
